THE PRINCIPLES OF VISTA NOVUS LTD AND THE ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

The Supreme Corporate Governance Body – Top Management of VISTA
NOVUS LTD has defined specific principles on which the anti-corruption policy is based, which are:

It has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting with professionalism, legality and integrity in all its professional transactions and relationships.
It does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption.
He shall not provide, offer, or offer to provide, approve or solicit any person to provide, directly or indirectly, benefits of any kind to any person, so that such persons act, in breach of their duties, in an act or omission.
He will never solicit or accept, directly or indirectly, benefits of any kind or the promise thereof, in order to cause or reward inappropriate conduct in the form of acts or omissions arising out of or conflicting with one’s duties
It actively complies with all laws and regulations relating to the fight against bribery, money laundering and terrorism and acknowledges that it has a responsibility to report to the competent Greek authorities any behavior that is deemed suspicious.
It is making efforts to continuously improve the Anti-Bribery System.
Informs and trains human resources, as well as partners and subcontractors, about anti-bribery policy.
Sets and measures specific anti-corruption targets
Assigns the management of the System to a specific role, which is the
Compliance Function.
The Policy is available to the company’s staff and to the partners and subcontractors, who must implement it. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to terminate the cooperation with the employee or partner who does not comply with the policy.
